Docker Sandboxes vulnerabilities CVE-2026-77179 and CVE-2026-79994

Docker fixed two serious Sandboxes vulnerabilities in version 0.42.0. CVE-2026-77179 and CVE-2026-79994 could allow malicious guest workloads to cross intended workspace boundaries and reach host-side resources.
